The 3 Phases of
the Metabolic Body Reset
Program
Here’s a quick peek into the 3 core phases you’ll go through during my program.

PRIME PHASE (DAYS 1-2)
You start my program by ramping up your metabolism, to see a BIG drop in weight early on.
During this phase, you'll eat as many calories as possible (we'll create a personalized meal plan together). This may seem counterintuitive, but it's normal and an essential part of the process.

RELEASE PHASE (DAYS 3-42)
This phase is designed for you to lose the weight you just packed on and MUCH MORE.
On Day 3, you’ll start intermittent fasting. Replacing breakfast with water, coffee and/or tea. And you’ll enjoy 2 personalized healthy meals per day.
Doing so accelerates your weight loss and creates a new healthy hunger pattern.

RESET PHASE (DAYS 43-72)
This is where things get really exciting (and noticeable!).
This final phase promotes long-term weight loss because it allows your body to establish a new “set point” for your metabolism.
